We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets per apartment home. Weight limit is 100lbs combined. Our one-time non-refundable pet fee is $250 and pet rent is $25/month. We require a pet screening, which requires an additional fee per pet per lease term. The following breed restrictions apply:
- Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers
- Doberman Pinschers
- Presa Canarios
- Alaskan Malamutes
- Rottweilers
- Chows
- Akitas
- Our apartments are all non-smoking. We ask that you refrain from smoking within 20’ of any building, apartment entrance, or common area.
